Tile and ceramic adhesive

It is a high quality mortar specifically designed to provide strength and adhesion to walls constructed by AAC bricks/panels etc. It is a unique blend of cement, graded sand and polymer blends to effect high strength and water holding properties. It ensures that the joint width is kept to a minimum thus eliminating the cause of thermal bridging associated with the use of conventional mortars. It is considered Beast block mortar Suitable for thin joint mortar for laying/fixing of lightweight aerated concrete blocks (brick) and other similar multi construction applications.

Uses
Beast block mortar can be used in the following construction works
Buildings and structures that use AAC autoclave thermostone bricks
Adhesive for tiles and ceramics - floors - and walls
Car parks and floors of high-stress residential, industrial and commercial facilities

  • Economical Minimum application quantity, which reduces plastering and thermal caulking costs.
Blocks/Slabs shall be free of impurities such as dust or other small particles on the surfaces. Follow the block manufacturer's instructions for placing the blocks.
Mixing
Mixing well with the recommended amount of drinking water, using a high-speed or hand mixer, let the material stand for 5 minutes before application.
Apply Beast block mortar to the lightweight surface using a mortar applicator or roughly notched trowel. 3 mm thick. Place the blocks to ensure a good connection. Check the level and continue with the next block. Excess material is removed with a damp sponge before installation. Clean tools and equipment using water.
Beast block mortar is supplied in plastic bags of 25 kg/35 kg. Store the product in a clean, dry area protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. It should be stored as supplied, until ready for use. Pallets can be stacked twice as high with care to spare. Opened bags should be used first. Unopened bags can be stored for 12 months. Use the oldest material first.

Shelf life is 12 months when stored in dry conditions at normal temperature and humidity.
