It is a high quality mortar specially designed to provide strength and adhesion to natural and artificial stone on various construction surfaces
It is a unique blend of cement, graded sand and polymers mixed to influence high strength properties and prevent water infiltration. It ensures that the joint width is kept to a minimum thus eliminating the cause of thermal bridging associated with the use of conventional mortar or concrete mix.
Suitable for thin joint mortar for placing/fixing concrete blocks with high horizontal and vertical loads

Uses
Can be used in the following construction works:
Installation of natural or artificial stone.
Construction of Thermiston bricks.
Installation or bonding of concrete blocks.
Concrete restoration and repair.
A layer above floors for industrial or commercial constructions with high stress.
Installation of iron columns and fence posts.
Fast setting time / Resistant to shrinkage, expansion and slip / Heat insulating / Water insulating / High bond strength, 10 times that of ordinary mortar / Excellent workability to allow longer working periods / Fire resistant - resistant to mold, parasites, germs, salts, sulphates and oxidation / Economical cost with minimum application quantity, reducing plastering costs or the use of ordinary concrete
Blocks/wall panels/stone must be free from impurities such as dust or other small particles on surfaces. Moisten blocks before use, follow the block manufacturer's instructions for placing blocks.
Mixing is done either by mixer or manually according to the rules and as follows:
Empty the bag or bags
Add fresh water according to the instructions on the bag (each bag 5-6 liters of water) depending on the nature of the climate
Apply Beast block mortar to the lightweight surface using a mortar applicator or roughly notched trowel. 3 mm thick. Place the blocks to ensure a good connection. Check the level and continue with the next block. Excess material is removed with a damp sponge before installation. Clean tools and equipment using water.
Packed in 25 kg plastic bags. Store the product in a clean, dry area protected from direct sunlight, extreme heat and cold. It should be stored as is in its sealed bags, .. Opened bags should be used first. Unopened bags can be stored for 12 months. Use the oldest material first.
  • A thin layer dry mortar product with a cement base for concrete blocks and slabs.
  • Additives: plasticizing agents, adhesion enhancing agent and water retaining agents.
  • Inert filler, finely graded quartz filler.
The product contains cement, avoid contact with eyes and skin for a long time. For more detailed information, study the relevant Material Safety Data Sheet.
Beast block mortar should always be applied according to the method given in this technical data sheet. The product is not considered dangerous goods during transportation.
Shelf life is 12 months when stored in dry conditions at normal temperature and humidity.
