FEED Additives (100 % free of any non-natural chemicals). Zeolite is a combination of Aluminum silicate hydrate of sodium and calcium and some other mineral salts such as potassium, phosphorus, iron and manganese.
Properties
Identify fungal toxins and anti-caking
Uses
Natural zeolite raw materials are used globally, widely and successfully as feed additives for various benefits including:
1) Zeolite prevents rot, as the substance is used as (TOXIN BINDER), where granules are linked to the active sites of toxins, thereby deactivating its toxic function (DEACTVATION), in addition to the fact that the substance is sterile and free of pathogens, as a medium that is not valid for the growth of fungus or bacteria, which reduces the appearance of rot within the feed.
2) Zeolite increases the rate of food conversion as it absorbs fungal toxins at the level of the gastrointestinal tract so that toxins are released with waste which leads to prevent the fungal poisoning and improve the food absorption.
3) To increase production rates through the natural property of zeolite by the absorption of positive charged cations and slowly released re-provisioning for the surrounding medium through Cation Exchange Capacity, Where the material (Zeolite) leads to absorption of ammonium released from ruminants and poultry, thus, it works to reduce the rates of loss resulting from the volatilization of ammonium and thus saving in ammonium sources, which is already used in the feed mixture, and then slowly released re-provisioning in a way that enables microorganisms found In the stomach to make use of ammonium in cellular protein production.
4) To reduce the number of deaths and secondary injuries such as bacterial diseases and ineffective vaccines.
5) Zeolite is also used as an anti-caking, which is used to prevent caking of feed mixture and maintain its homogeneity.
Usage rate
2.5-10 kg / ton of feed shall be added to the blender with the rest of food ingredients in addition to be homogenously well mixed.
Note
Zeolite product does not affect food ingredients and is not absorbed either by vitamins, minerals, anti-coccidiases or antibiotics.
Zeolite
Using Zeolite in the fodder industry and as a result of its significant characteristics in animal production and poultry which may lead to the need to be considered as a key material within materials that must be mainly available in feeds due to its many benefits, which brings too much good to the breeder and the consumer, As these additives play important role in the protection of the animal and poultry production from fungal toxins, Where it is characterized by its high ability to absorb fungal toxins inside the tissues of the body.
Advantages of Zeolite
Zeolite has special advantages as per the following
1)It increases ion exchange capacity which improves metabolic processes (metabolism) in animals and poultry.
2)It has a high ability to absorb toxic gases and carbon dioxide as well as that it prevents the occurrence of pathogens caused by the deposition of toxins in the body of animal or bird.
3)It works to bind and cohesion of feed grains and prevents their aggregation, which improves the feed shape, greatly reduces the loss and increases the palatable taste of feed at a low cost compared to other materials used for the same purpose.
4)It reduces the time passed of food within the digestive tract, which causes food to be affected by enzymes for a longer period, thus increasing the utilization of food significantly.
5)Zeolite shall be used as anti caking, which is used to prevent caking of feed mixture and maintain its homogeneity.
6)It helps to rebuild the anterior wall of gastric and intestines in addition to increase the production of antibodies against pathogens.
7)It works as a natural growth stimulator in the bush where it increases the animal's appetite and increases the feed conversion ratio.
8)It reduces diarrhea, reduces bad odors, pollution and viscosity, and improves the general state of animal or bird so that they look healthy and active in addition that it reduces the use of antibiotics.
9)It prevents cases of poisoning caused by fodder.
10)It reduces the harmful effects caused by high ammonia levels in the gastrointestinal tract fluids of ruminants resulting from the addition of non-protein nitrogen materials to ruminant diets and gradually releases ammonia to allow rumen microbes to easily and continuously synthesize the protein in the gastrointestinal tract.
