Description
Ready-to-use cement plaster on all construction surfaces, manufactured according to the Jordanian standard specification for the same product.
General Features
Low thermal conductivity
Moisture resistance, resistance to mold, parasites, germs and bacteria formation,
Resistance to stress, cracks, fissures and corrosion,
High endurance, resistance to salts, sulphates and oxidation,
High adhesion strength to various construction surfaces.
Dust repellent, color fastness.
Blocks/panels/walls should be free from impurities such as dust or other small particles on the surfaces and the walls should be moistened with pure water, at a temperature of 5-35 degrees Celsius when used. It is applied directly on the Thermostone bricks, while the regular bricks are applied after a rough and smooth layer.
Mix well with the recommended amount of drinking water, using a high-speed or hand blender, allow the substance to react for 5 minutes before application.
Apply Beast plaster to all concrete surfaces as a final coating layer with a thickness of 3-5 mm and the thickness can be increased as needed using traditional plastering tools or plastering machines. It can be applied directly to thermstone bricks or over rough or smooth plaster on different concrete surfaces.
Packaging and storage
Beast plaster is supplied in 25 kg/35 kg plastic bags, Store the product in a clean, dry area protected from direct sunlight, extreme heat and cold. Opened bags should be used first. Unopened bags can be stored for 12 months. Use the oldest material first.
Cement-based dry thin-layer plaster product with a fine grain gradation of 25 microns – 1.2 mm, for plastering of cellular/lightweight concrete blocks and panels and other concrete surfaces. Additives Plasticizing agents, adhesion enhancing agents and water-retaining agents.
